The customer can make a personalized pack, modifying the number of items they prefer, the price varies according to the number of items in the pack, being able to increase or decrease the price.

By working with me, you agree to my terms of service described on this page
| Payments |

| 1. Full Payment is made after the initial sketch or before, only via Stripe or paypal invoice (50/50 payments can be considered depending on the amount.). Payment plans should be discussed before commission begins. |
| 2. Full refunds are allowed before detailed sketch. Partial refunds will be considered and discussed around the art's progress to date. Once the painting phase of the artwork has begun, a refund is no longer possible. |
| 3. Customers inactive before payment without a plausible reason, have up to 4 days to respond to messages/payment, otherwise they will be notified that the commission will be canceled after 24 hours of notification received. |
| 4. When having a price update, old customers will be able to claim 2 artworks with the previous prices. |
| 5.Commercial prices are equivalent to 1.5x or 2x the original value of the art. |
| 6.Commercial values are considered: sell my art like: clothes, stickers, accessories, prints, etc. |
| 7.Commissions with special prices like Black Friday/Limited time discounts are NOT refundable, only refundable if I haven't started your art yet. |
| 8. For new clients, a 50% payment of the project cost must be made before the artwork begins. |
| Illustrations |

| 1. There is a moderate chance I might decline an order if the character is someone I cannot deliver well, this is important because every commission is influenced by our style strengths & preferences (read Drawing yes & no). |
| 2. Do not use the artwork for commercial use unless discussed beforehand. |
| 3. Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given. |
| 4. Changing characters is free if I haven't started on your commission. Please ask first if I started or not! |
| 5. Wips will be shown throughout the artwork (initial sketch, detailed sketch, lineart with flat colors, final artwork). |
| 6. Changes (examples: changing the size of something, the shape of the hair, some part of the clothes, pose, etc.) are free in sketch / detailed sketch. |
| 7. Major changes in the lineart/ finishing stage that affect the overall composition of the piece will be charged according to complexity. |
| 8. NSFW art for 18+ customers only. |
| Art process |

| 1. All arts will have my signature and will be posted on my social midia, if the customer does not want they art to be posted, they must let me know before starting the commission (especially NSFW, I'll ask if necessary) , as an additional amount of 40$ will be charged. |
| 2. I don't have an exact date that I'll finish the commission, only estimated days (you can ask if you want) unless the drawing has a deadline. |
| 3. In the end I will send the art in the best quality to your email. |
| 4. Let me know if the drawing has a deadline (you will be charged more if the date is too close considering the size of the artwork). |
| 5.I work on my commissions in Streams on Twitch and offline, so if you don't want your art to be seen by other people before it's finished, please let me know. |

| 1. If I find that our terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted, and won’t be transacted with in the future. |
| 2. Be honest and responsible customers, only participate in any transaction if you can pay and on your own (have your own Paypal account / credit card and don't use someone else's unless they agree to it, especially parents if they don't know and not consent). |
| 3. Chargebacks against me due to irresponsible buying, will automatically result to a permanent blacklist. |
